    Senior Structural Engineer
POWER Engineers seeks an energetic and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our team.

If you have the desire to take your career to a new level with a company that is continually growing and consistently ranked at the top of our industry, then we want to talk to you.

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the continual growth and success of your team. We are looking for an individual that knows what it means to be a leader, not just a manager.

You will have the freedom and independence to grow your team and meet the needs of our clients while having the support and backing of a large, successful company.

You and your team will be asked to help design new modern manufacturing facilities, as well as providing design of industrial equipment supports, steel pipe rack design, and access platforms for clients in the renewable energy, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

We aim to exceed our client's expectations while providing a positive experience for our employees and communities.

***Relocation assistance and a hiring bonus may be available for this position

Here are a few things you can expect

A major component of our design process relies on Building Information Modeling (BIM).

There is a lot of latitude for decision-making; we're not interested in micromanaging.

We expect everyone on the team to assume ownership of the project's goals and success.

Bachelor's Degree with a Structural emphasis

    10+ years of experience

Ability to perform work requiring independent judgment, and adaptation/modification of engineering principles

Must have Finite element analysis experience, RISA 3D

Ability to manage small projects with little oversight
