ProCare Therapy is actively recruiting a Special Education Teacher for the school year in Brookline, MA. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to make a difference in the lives of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• Special Education Teacher position

• Start date: ASAP
• 32.5 hours per week
• Caseload primarily includes students with ASD
• Preference for candidates with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) background or experience

Pay Rate: $35 - $40 per hour (dependent on experience, credentials, and budget)

Requirements:

• Valid Massachusetts teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Experience working with students with ASD
• Knowledge of or experience in ABA methodologies
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong classroom management and behavior intervention skills
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Effective communication and collaboration with students, support staff, parents, and administrators
