    About the role:
    This developmental role will have joint responsibilities to Banking Solutions' Head of Strategy & Commercialization and Chief of Staff. In this role, you will partner with senior executives across Banking to advance strategic priorities, champion new initiatives, and drive operational improvements. The role is faced-paced, highly dynamic and will evolve as the business needs evolve.

    What you will be doing:

    • Create weekly and monthly executive routines, reporting and tracking for senior executives
    • Partner with Head of Strategy & Commercialization and Chief of Staff to help with executive presentations, including talking points and content
    • Play a key role in driving initiatives across the Strategy & Commercialization and Banking Solutions segment
    • Actively enable the efficiency of business operations
    • Provide program-wide visibility of integration status to executive management
    • Identify cross-team interdependencies and manage challenges that arise

    What you will need:

    • Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver projects with qualitative excellence
    • Requires strong business skills, industry knowledge, and planning skills, long-term vision, and executive presence.
    • 10+ years in a similar role or responsibilities.
    • General knowledge of banking and payment solutions technology including systems, applications, and banking practices.
    • Requires expert communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • High proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Communicates ideas or position on a variety of issues in a clear, concise, and professional manner to managers, employees, and clients at all levels, strong collaborator.
    • Demonstrated skill in productivity, planning, and workload management.
    • Requires effective decision-making and problem-solving skills, likes a challenge.
    • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

    FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $115, $193,710.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
