Job summary
The Assistant Store Director is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience and driving sales growth. They will assist the Store Director in managing store operations and implementing Company initiatives. Key responsibilities include customer service and image maintenance,assisting with total store CSI communication to customers,
suggestive selling techniques through phone calls and one-on-one interactions,
maintaining accurate records consistent with law and retention policies.
The position requires strong leadership skills to communicate company goals,
policies procedures to department managers employees.
Maintain integrity in food safety sanitation practices across all departments.,
