    Job Summary


    You will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.

    Job Duties

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
    Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, including layout design, workflow optimization, and equipment upgrades.
    Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements.
    Design and implement process control systems to monitor and maintain process parameters within specified tolerances.
    Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
    Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost reduction, waste elimination, and quality improvement.
    Provide technical support to production teams to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
    Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate new technologies and equipment for potential integration into manufacturing processes.
    Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process specifications.
    Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
    Perform other job duties as assigned

    Experience and Education

    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process engineering and optimization.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and data sets.
    Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
    Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred.

    Competencies/ Skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for manufacturing processes.
