- Living our purpose by helping to manageand improve patienthealth through safeand appropriate dispensing,counseling,and immunizing practices
- Traveling the districtto fill pharmacist shifts as scheduledby the District Performance Coordinator(DPC); overseeingthe pharmacyandservingas thePharmacy Manager'sproxy duringbenchshiftswithoutoverlap
- Supportingsafeandaccurateprescriptionfulfillmentbyfollowing—anddirectingthepharmacyteamtofollow—pharmacynworkflowproceduresandutilizingthesafetyguardrailsateveryworkstation
- Maintainingrelevantclinicalandtechnicalskillsforthejobastheindustryevolves(includingbutnotlimitedtocompany-requiredtrainingsandCMEs);activelyseekingopportunitiestoexpandknowledge tobettersupportpatients.
