Responding quickly and efficiently to incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, emails, and text message with the given scripts, templates, and training providedScheduling solid appointments with interested buyers and giving proper directions to the dealership, once they have arrived, passing them onto an available product specialist and being able to explain the customer's needs and wants correctly.
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat businessUtilize the CRM (Customer Relations Management) System daily
Must have strong computer skills
