    *Though role is remote, ideal candidate will reside in one of the following states: NY, NJ, MA, NH, ME, PA, RI, CT

    Integration Program Manager role, that will include both project management and the operational execution of various tasks associated with integration projects. The role will be responsible for the maintenance and execution of a "playbook" for merger and integrations. This role will be responsible for tailoring the execution of a comprehensive plan for each transaction, including the integration approach, key milestones/metrics, communications to the organization, and weekly leadership updates. Additionally, this role will assist with the day-to-day execution of the integration process, including coaching integration teams, issue escalation, and proactive resolution, communications to all stakeholders, and supporting post-integration plans.

    Requirements

    • Enhance the integration strategy "playbook" including approach, and guiding principles for current and future integrations.
    • Develop and manage a transaction integration governance team that includes stakeholders across the organization.
    • Develop key integration tools, including kick-off integration materials, work plans, communication plans, change management plans, and program management.
    • Analyze the As-Is and the To-Be stage of integrations in close collaboration with department leadership and stakeholders.
    • Works with department leadership and stakeholders to document or develop project scope, goals, and deliverables, including project dependencies, project plans, budget proposals, communications plan, project scope, project timeline, and milestones.
    • Meet with teams to collect integration tasks and host team stand-up meetings to support cross-function alignment.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members depending on the complexity of the project and tracks project milestones and deliverables.
    • Proactively manage and escalate issues, risks, and action items.
    • Provide status reports to the department leadership and stakeholders, leadership, and the entire organization, as needed.
    • Facilitate collaboration sessions to address key integration concerns and seek solutions with cross-functional parties and department leaders.
    • Track and maintain progress status across multiple workstreams and projects.
    • Drive daily tasks and summarize activities for department leadership and stakeholders.
    • Manage and align multiple mergers concurrently.
    • Manages, tracks, and resolves cross-project dependencies, risks, issues/conflicts, and change requests to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
    • Drives communication with department leadership and project stakeholders to effectively communicate project expectations and status in a timely and clear fashion.
    • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
    • Develops and delivers presentations to key stakeholders as needed.
    • Reviews current systems and processes for possible improvements and aids in the implementation of process changes as appropriate, including tracking high-level performance data when needed.
    • Holds and/or attends regular project meetings, vendor presentations, and teleconferences associated with assigned projects.
    • Monitors the project budget and schedule.
    • Aid in developing and maintaining SOP documents for new and existing processes.
    • Aid in creating and delivering training for new and existing employees.
    • Performs ad-hoc data analysis for measuring service and support
    • Functions as a company SME for ERP and related business systems.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Travel as necessary for meetings and training.

    Qualifications

    • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed (Nationwide).
    • Bachelor's Degree in business or applicable field.
    • 4+ years relevant experience in project management/integration PMO type role.
    • Prior multi-site industry experience is preferred.
    • 4+ years of identifying Operational Process Improvement/Optimization Initiatives.
    • 4+ years of post-merger integration as it relates to people, processes, and technology.
    • Strong Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience with Smartsheet, or Excel for project management (or equivalent tool)
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to prepare and deliver training content.
    • Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple and competing priorities.
    • Strong collaboration skills, best demonstrated by an ability to gain credibility with senior leaders, peers, and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated willingness to learn, work hard, and support a number of operational and administrative tasks.
    • Persuasive and help promote change management, while building credibility through relationships with internal/external business partners and peers.
    • You have experience effectively supporting multiple projects simultaneously and performing in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment.
