- Develop and lead the overall global commercial sales strategy and go-to-market plans to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets across all product lines and channels.
- Establish and drive achievement of annual global and U.S. sales goals, quotas and performance metrics across the commercial sales organization.
- Recruit, hire, coach and manage a high-performing U.S. sales team including regional directors, account managers, sales engineers and channel partners.
- Oversee and coordinate regional commercial sales leadership and execution across international markets.

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or master's degree in business/marketing preferred.
- 10+ years of successful global sales management and leadership experience, preferably in pro AV, broadcast, digital media or related technology fields.
- Proven track record of developing world-class sales teams and driving growth across international markets.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical skills for global sales.
- Expertise in pipeline management, sales forecasting, budgeting and P&L management on a worldwide scale.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities. Multilingual preferred.

SUMMARY
The Vice President of Commercial Sales and Strategy will be a proven sales leader possessing superior strategic planning, business development and sales management skills. They will spearhead the global commercial sales strategy and execution across all channels including professional audio-video contractors, consultants, architects, end users, developers, distributors, and other key influencers. This role will oversee and drive revenue growth for Sonance's complete portfolio of commercial audio/video solutions worldwide, with a focus on leading the U.S. sales team.
