    School-Based Remote Speech-Language Pathologist |

    ProCare Therapy has partnered with a great Virginia school district that is looking to hire a remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an upcoming, full-time opening. Previous experience working in schools is required for this work-from-home job. The school district is actively looking to fill this role, so please apply today for immediate consideration

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
    • Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation, and social communication virtually.
    • Collaborate remotely with teachers and other school staff to implement interventions.

    Experience:

    • Two years of previous experience in a school-based setting is required.

    Education:

    • Virginia Speech Language Pathologist License
    • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

    Job Details:

    • Full-time, School Year
    • This open role is an independent contractor position
    • Liability insurance is required from the independent contractor

    Work Hours:

    • 8:00 AM 3:30 PM, 37 hours per week
