At Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, our Per Diem Physicians specialize in Family Medicine and provide comprehensive care to adult patients aged 18 and above. They focus on ensuring proper healthcare, disease prevention, accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and smooth recovery from various medical conditions.
Per Diem Physicians at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic have a flexible schedule, seeing patients in the office during regular hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. They also have the option to work after hours, on weekends, and engage in virtual medicine practices to support our clinic's services.
These Family Medicine physicians are proficient in using Epic and are tasked with managing their own in-baskets. They receive full support from our nursing and administrative staff and have the autonomy to choose their working days and shifts. Additionally, they can opt to work in outpatient and inpatient settings. There is no mandatory requirement for after-hours hospital call duty.
Physicians will be handling outpatient cases during weekdays, providing care from 8 am to 5 pm, which includes attending to new patients and conducting corporate physicals. They will also be part of the Family Medicine Call team, sharing on-call responsibilities with other physicians in the group.
Requirements for this position include a Medical Degree (MD, DO) and graduation from an accredited training program in the United States.
