    • Hybrid-Remote PositionRequirement to be on site 2x monthlyThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for theimplementation of Presbyterian Senior Living's (PSL) digital marketing plan, digital lead generation,and website management, generating stakeholder engagement, growing the brand's digital influence ,promoting brand loyalty and awareness, in support of PSL's services,mission and ministry .
    This position manages the digital plan and oversees its administration, creation of relevant content, and coordination of digital campaigns. Responsiblefor overseeing the development and maintenance of Presbyterian Senior Living's websites andsocial media platforms.
    Leads the design and development of the PSLmarketing automation platform and other digital marketing tools as they areadopted.


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    Minimum five years experience in marketing and communications, preferably in large,complex organizationsBachelor's degree inCommunications, Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred or theequivalent combination of education and experiencePrior experience with digital marketing and communications, including website strategy, design, and implementation, developing lead nurturing workflows through marketing automation, social media strategy and implementation, email marketing, digital campaign management, blogging and other digital assets requiredIn depth knowledge and experience with cultivating leads and conversions through marketing automation and digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest requiredMust possess excellent communication skills -orally, written and video formatExperience with content management systems, email marketing systems, SEO/SEM, various social media platforms and analytics programs (such as Hootsuite, HubSpot, and Google Analytics)Functional knowledge and/or experience with WordPress, CSS and HTML requiredKnowledge of MAC operating systems, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office requiredPrevious senior living experience and knowledge of marketing theory and creative analytics preferredAbility to take the lead and guide other team members when necessaryPresbyterian Senior Living is a large not-for-profit organization comprised of a variety of locations, services and levels of care.
