- Brand Strategy Development: Partner with the marketing team to devise comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals, including defining brand positioning, identifying target audiences, and conducting competitive analysis.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels like digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective sales materials, presentations, and collateral that convey the brand's value proposition to customers. Offer sales training and assistance to meet revenue targets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to spot trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to make strategic decisions and pinpoint growth opportunities for the brand.
- Brand Identity Maintenance: Supervise the upkeep and development of the brand identity, including visual elements, brand guidelines, and tone of voice, guaranteeing brand coherence in all communications and marketing materials.
- Partnership Development: Identify and foster strategic partnerships with relevant entities, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and expand the reach to new audiences.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the brand marketing budget, allocating resources to optimize ROI and meet business objectives.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports and presentations to share results and insights with stakeholders.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, and sales positions.
- Experience in selling to sectors such as Legal, Insurance (P&C | Medicare | Health Insurance), Restaurant and Hospitality, Contact Center, Automotive | Dealerships, and Home Services.
- Familiarity with marketing principles, branding strategies, and sales tactics.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
