Job Summary

This is a part-time position requiring the individual to work three to four nights a week from 10pm to 7am. The ideal candidate will be dependable, reliable, and flexible.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the hotel's ambassador, handling all check-ins and check-outs while maintaining Guest Service Standards.
• Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Compute, classify, and record numerical data to ensure accurate financial records.
• Verify and confirm the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings related to business transactions.

Additional Duties

• Resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond accordingly.
• Pick up, count, and maintain bank security.
• Operate the Property Management System (PMS) and maintain its security.
• Run reports, including Room Rate Report, Cashiers Report, and daily corporate reports.
• Record room statistics and print express check out folios.
• Brief relief personnel and review the Night Audit checklist.
• Restock printers, fill out and deposit payment checks, and document maintenance needs.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions as necessary.
• Perform other duties that contribute to a positive culture and the hotel's success.
