- Manages all aspects of our Human Resources operations functions. Serving as a subject matter expert and directly working on employee relations and policies and procedures while managing total rewards, and HRIS.
- Evaluate existing HR processes, identifying recurring tasks and critical procedures that warrant automation and/or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation; engage with relevant stakeholders to gather insights into the existing processes, ensuring comprehensive documentation and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop scalable methodologies and tools aimed at enhancing HR Operations efficiency, including streamlining key processes such as onboarding, terminations, and other aspects essential to the employment life cycle.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and support decision making; prepare reports that seek to provide information needed by all departments.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives, contributing expertise and support to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Partner closely with the HR Business Partners and other HR functions to identify areas for process improvements and implement strategic initiatives.
- As the organization continues to grow, job duties and expectations may increase and/or evolve over time.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field and 7+ years of HR Operations experience or similar.
- Expert knowledge in HR service delivery, HR policies, and effective processes.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Experience with employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HRIS systems.
- High sense of urgency coupled with the ability to remain flexible and creative within a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge and ability to leverage industry best practices and trends.
- Comfortable monitoring key metrics and making data driven decisions.
