    Description

    The Director of Marketing position requires fundamental marketing techniques, creating engaging content, maintaining consistent branding, implementing marketing promotions, marketing strategy, developing brand recognition and managing all incoming Lead Generators, as well as qualifying and assigning all Lead Generators to the appropriate Sales personnel. Works collaboratively with various departments, including Sales, HR, and Product Development. Work independently to implement effective marketing strategies. This position requires active involvement in many facets across multiple brands with the organization, including assets creation for websites, social media, print ads, promotions and etc. The ability to work with minimal supervision and self-direct his or her work schedule is required.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    · Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, and visually engaging

    · Manage and administer prospect/customer Microsoft Dynamics 365 database.

    · Execute digital and social media campaigns utilizing email marketing platforms and CRM

    · Work with Marketing & Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly goals.

    · Research and propose qualified lists

    · Primary contact for incoming calls, web inquiries and contacts by prospective customers.

    · Ensure that all sales leads are qualified by program type and communicated to appropriate sales personnel.

    · Collect and analyze data using approved programs.

    · Research and compile database of customers, current and future customers through various software and platforms.

    · Creates and executes corporate branding initiatives

    · Develops strategic and tactical marketing communication plans, integrating corporate messaging and branding, to address company opportunities and challenges

    · Create graphic design for web pages, posters, flyers, banners, magazine ads, and company brand materials

    · Contributes to or manages additional projects such as surveys, videos, advertising, and social media

    · Design graphic images, web banners, product pictures and gifs for website, social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

    · Maintain and update the image library and promotional calendar

    · Manage, update, and maintain social media and website accounts

    · Prepare marketing/sales reports as needed based on marketing/sales data analysis

    · Implement marketing plan to enhance company missions

    · Coordinate sales, marketing and promotional Events to boost sales revenue

    Qualifications and Skills

    · Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Business, Marketing, or equivalent related experiences

    · Excellent written and verbal skills

    · Excellent Leadership skills

    · Expert copywriting and proofreading skills

    · Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesgn and Acrobat), WordPress, and Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power-Point)

    · Strong creative/innovative side as well as grounded analytical approach

    · 5+ years' experience in graphic design for marketing and advertising

    · Experience coding with HTML and CSS preferred

    · Search Engine Optimization is a Plus

    · Excellent written, oral communication skills

    · Ability to administer a podcast utilizing supplied camera, audio, and production equipment and software

    · Detail oriented with exceptional follow-through

    · Embraces change and demonstrates continuous flexibility

    · Ability to identify potential problems and proactively generate ideas for acceptable solutions, then initiate

    · Ability to work independently and manage a workload of multiple projects and still meet deadlines efficiently

    · Ability to work under high-pressure, quick-turn deadlines and still create unique designs

    · Experience and/or knowledge working within the retail, sales or customer service industry preferred.

    · Experience managing vendors such as outsourced marketing, tradeshow, and various other vendors.

    · Experience in Communications, Journalism, and/or Public Relations preferred

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
