    Job Overview

    The Business Analyst provides process documentation and analytical support for discrete projects. The Business Analyst will develop and manage project-based deliverables that include: process mapping, gathering business requirements, gathering and reporting operational metrics, project financial and operational analysis/reporting. This individual will also support peers and management to interpret performance data and develop recommendations for business solutions. The individual will work as part of a team supporting enterprise business software applications and infrastructure projects.

    1. Bachelor's degree in business, health care, statistics, organizational management or related field required
    2. 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination activities and designing end-to-end business processes in an outpatient clinic setting and/or enterprise support department strongly preferred
    3. Understanding of process improvement methodology (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM) preferred

    Salary Range

    $68, $85,641.19 annually
