Job Description Job Description Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective paid marketing strategies to meet aggressive business goals.Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).Regularly track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with the brand.Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
Required SkillsExperience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role.
Knowledge of various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present trends to the marketing manager.
Ability to create direct response and conversion copy.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
Experience with A/B testing and an understanding of statistical significance.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience with Trading and Financial Services will be considered a serious advantage.
