    Description
    A well-established and reputable construction company is looking to hire an experienced Senior Superintendent. The candidate will have to have previous experience in a commercial construction.


    Senior Superintendent Functions:

    • Review complex documents and reports
    • Closely check the work of others to assure compliance with laws, protection of the company from risk, and the compliance with established budgets and deadlines
    • Manage accounts

    Senior Superintendent Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field
    • Have a working knowledge of estimating, project management, and accounting software
    • 5+ years experience in the management field
