- Assists in monitoring safety and health compliance related to the construction and maintenance of the project
- Assists and conducts safety orientations for new employees
- Conducts project safety audits and recommends correction for unsafe acts and/or tasks
- Explains safety policies and procedures
- Assists in conducting accident investigations and root cause analysis
- Trained to administer first aid to employees with minor injuries
- Assist in case management of employees injured on the job
- 3 + years experience in Industrial Field Safety
- 30-hour OSHA
- Work at heights of 100' plus and be able to climb ladders and stairways and work from platforms
- Have reliable transportation
- Must be knowledgeable in basic paperwork skills
- Former Zachry employee
- Training in vocational schools or related on-the-job experience.
- Physical demands: Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting. Will talk and hear to communicate.
- Work environment: Will work in all weather conditions ranging from warm/hot - cool/cold. Occasional rain. Will work at different elevations. Noise levels will be moderate to high. The job site will contain light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment, and tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION
ZACHRY is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Project Safety Coordinator to support Venture Global's Plaquemines LNG project located in Port Sulphur, LA.
Position Responsibilities:
