We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Service Associate to join our team and elevate the client experience. Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Manage client accounts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, preferences, and service history
- Coordinate and support project management activities to ensure client deliverables are met on schedule
- Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through processes and explaining product or service features clearly
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct regular analysis of client data to identify trends, potential issues, or opportunities for improvement
- Support marketing initiatives by providing insights from client feedback and helping tailor communication strategies
Skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in account management and customer service roles within financial services or SaaS industries
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and interactions
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to convey information clearly and confidently
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to support sales efforts through relationship building
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and recommend actionable insights
- Familiarity with marketing principles and customer relationship management best practices
