    Job Scope:


    As The Director, Manufacturing you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of medical devices, adhering to regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    This position involves extensive interaction across various departments and requires effective leadership to achieve company goals and objectives.


    Key Duties and Responsibilities:


    strategic direction for manufacturing operations, overseeing planning, Develop and execute plans to meet production requirements, including design transfer for new products.

    the implementation of new initiatives, policies, and programs related to Operations.
    compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee proper reporting and product recall procedures.
    efficiency improvements and cost reduction efforts consistent with corporate objectives.
    departmental budgets and ensure accurate costing through effective management of resources.
    and implement business process optimization and lean initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
    with cross-functional stakeholders to support departmental operations and initiatives.
    data and present recommendations to key stakeholders and business partners.


    Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
    Degree in Biomedical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
    years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
    years of experience in FDA regulated industry and/or ISO certified organization.
    years of direct management experience in medical device manufacturing.
    3+ years of prior experience in IVD diagnostics.
