The successful applicant will hold a regular rank faculty appointment in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery & Communications Sciences.

The Chief is responsible for direct strategic growth of the program, in partnership with the Chair and faculty/staff in the Department, as well as the operational efficiency and coordination of clinical services across all provider sites. Clinical research, including health services research, is a strength of our program, and a collaborative funding portfolio on the part of the Chief with other faculty, would create a mutually supported research program. Community Engagement is a third pillar of our academic mission that straddles both clinical and research components of the Chiefs responsibilities.
