**JOB FUNCTIONS**
Ensures the day to day operation runs smoothly. Ensures consistency on Sops, Branding and Ethos, and all aspects of staff training.
Conducts monthly inventories ensuring par levels are kept consistent.
Assists with payroll and schedules.
Applies food and beverage handling rules.
Completely understands and follows the departments and Estates standards.
Checks dry goods par levels and places orders with the kitchen.
Open communication with employees and co workers.
Directs the staff appropriately
Handles guest issues when they occur.
Ensure Health and Safety regulations within the restaurant area is adhered to and followed.
Other tasks as required
DESIRABLE
Hospitality degree in 4 year school with emphasis in F&B.
Fluent in another language a plus
ESSENTIAL
Work under minimal supervision
Strong organizational and managements skills.
Communication skills with other employees and managers
Must show an outgoing personality, a positive attitude and strong initiative
Must be able to handle pressure, interact with guests and colleagues and show good judgment
OTHER PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry in access of 20 pounds
Walk and stand for long periods of time
PROBLEM SOLVING
Handling pressure, interact well with people and work efficiently while remaining motivated and gracious
Does not shy away from guests in case of a problem
