- Endorse the business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values
- Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers (2-minute production cycle per 3 alcoholic beverage)
- Prepare beverages as ordered
- Build relationships with guests
- Keep bar area clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines
- Operate a cash register/POS system, ringing proper amount into the register and give a guest or server the correct change; accountable for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to established procedure; maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
- Follow guidelines of the EBCI liquor laws as defined by the Tribal ABC Commission and/or NC ABC Commission
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner
- High school diploma or GED required
- Six months prior customer service experience required
- Four months experience as a bartender at a full-service bar preferred
- Complete documented training program preferred
- CARE certified
- Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills:

- Must be able to maneuver and tap a keg weighing 165 pounds
- Must be able to be on feet for 8-hour shift
- Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist and grasp items
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality including secondhand smoke
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
