    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely manage and de-escalate aggressive outbursts by implementing physical and verbal de-escalation techniques as trained.
    • Administer one-to-one Intensive Behavior Intervention (IBI) programs in both school and home settings, designed to address and reduce aggressive behaviors.
    • Accurately collect and record behavioral charting data and anecdotal notes, focusing on documenting triggers, antecedents, and consequences of aggressive episodes.
    • Assist teachers in providing instruction to individuals or small groups using positive reinforcement and redirection to promote engagement in learning activities.

    Fundamental Qualifications
  • Highest level of High School Diploma obtained
  • Possess ABA training or at least 1 year experience as behaviour tech/interventionist with RBT certification;
