    Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Part-Time hours per week) B2B SaaS Product Marketing Manager to join their team. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies and messaging to drive the growth and adoption of their SaaS products among HR leaders at top companies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about technology, and possesses a strong understanding of B2B product marketing principles.

    This role is fully remote

    The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $60 to $67 an hour.

    Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.

    Client Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of their B2B SaaS products.
    • Create compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, creative, content marketing to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
    • Develop marketing collateral such as keynote presentations, video content (sizzle reels), and case studies to support the sales process.
    • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and activities.
    • Keep projects on track, hold teams accountable on product delivery timelines

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours.
