    We are looking for an amazing, data-driven candidate with exceptional technical skills and a creative mind who wants to be part of a growing Atlanta company. This candidate will help build strategic marketing sequences and workflows for our clients, many are based in the personal injury field.

    Your efforts will be of significant importance to attracting website traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for our clients, and nurturing those leads to close into long-standing customers. The position is based in our office located at 2970 Brandywine Rd. Atlanta, GA

    At In the Network LLC, we've partnered with a full-service marketing and advertising agency that helps medium to enterprise-size companies grow and maintain growth. They've developed custom full-service marketing strategies that frequently change as our market adapts. We are hiring multiple candidates in Atlanta for this role.

    Candidates must have a knack for fast-paced learning and pure love of working with clients.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns.
    • Generate reports and analyze data to measure the success and ROI of marketing automation efforts.
    • Work with existing marketing platforms to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns and improve workflows.
    • Set up and configure marketing automation platforms, including designing standardized coding templates.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns or marketing automation platforms and propose solutions.
    • Develop and maintain a system to track and segment customers for targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize data insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize customer journeys.
    • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure alignment and best practices.
    • Assist in developing and executing various marketing campaigns using several different automation tools.
    • Design, author, and execute marketing automation campaigns, including lead nurturing and customer onboarding.
    Position Requirements:
    • A passion and a strong determination to understand a client's needs and take actionable steps to meet those needs.
    • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale our website marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
    • Experience in setting up and configuring marketing automation platforms.
    • Knowledge of marketing automation best practices.
    • Proven track record in developing effective segmentation strategies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
    • Sharp attention to detail and ability to spot optimization opportunities.
    • Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Experience with HubSpot and WordPress Preferred.
    • Experience with Zapier Preferred.

    Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 per year depending on experience
