- Master's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from a New York State Registered or Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) / American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in all aspects of physical therapy.
- Current New York State Licensed Physical Therapist
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.)
- Knowledge of physical medicine, physical therapy modalities, anatomy and physiology
- Knowledge of physical therapy machine operation, maintenance and repairs of same.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
