- Supports safety program through ensuring timely processing of safety work requests and providing quality job plans
- Provides leadership to hourly planners and maintenance storeroom personnel
- Drives continuous improvement of the workflow process by monitoring metrics, analyzing work order feedback, providing training, and interacting with technicians
- Leads development, deployment, and continuous improvement of maintenance kitting and staging
- Works with fellow maintenance supervisors to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance resources
- Plan work orders as needed to manage backlog
- Collaborates with Purchasing to identify opportunities for cost savings
- Performs all duties in accordance with safety, quality and environmental rules & regulations
- Performs other duties as necessary

- Five (5) or more years of maintenance planning/scheduling work experience
- Ten (10) or more years of industrial maintenance experience
- Proficient in the use of EAM or similar CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software)
- Experience with MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet schedule and project requirements
- Thorough knowledge of mill process and equipment or similar manufacturing process equipment
- Good verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Prior supervisory experience
- Journeyman Electrician or Millwright qualification
