Job Title: Senior Training Analyst at Navy Business Group
The Navy Business Group is currently seeking a Senior Training Analyst to join their team in Norfolk, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to Commander, Carrier Strike Group Four (CSG-4) as a Joint/Partner Nation Training Team Program analyst.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) accreditation/certification mitigation and serve as a fleet and joint training and policy analyst for the U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF) Fleet/Joint Training Directorate (N7).
As a Senior Training Analyst, you will analyze program information, strategize plans, and produce quality analytic work to support various stakeholders. You will need to have at least six years of experience in program analysis, managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging with senior staff members.
If you are an experienced senior training analyst and SME in Joint/Partner Nation Training with knowledge of Navy's accredited and certified programs such as FST, COMPTUEX, and AWF, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Required Background/Education/Skills:
- U.S. citizen with Bachelor of Arts or Science degree and a Secret clearance
- Six (6) years of functional area and general training program analyst experience
- Proven written and verbal communication skills, experience with MS Office
Desired Background/Skills:
- Active military duty experience at a major command/staff
- Familiarity with Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP) and Fleet Training policy documents
