We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and services, and we are looking for a talented and dedicated Maintenance Technician I to join our team.

Job Description: In this role, you will be primarily responsible for setting up, tearing down, cleaning and sanitizing, and maintaining our production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. The Technician will work closely with the production and maintenance teams to ensure that all equipment is set up properly and running smoothly, and will troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.

Responsibilities:

• Set up production equipment to ensure minimal downtime of production lines.
• Tear down, clean, and sanitize production equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and adjusted to meet production specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure that all equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours a day and lift up to 55 LBs. as needed.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM +/-

Pay range: $20-$25 per hour, dependent upon experience
