    Our Opportunity
    North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a

    Manufacturing Engineering Manager

    to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will plan and direct the manufacturing engineering function, and provide technical support to other engineering disciplines, manufacturing, or staff functions within his or her assigned manufacturing facility.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    Your Priorities
    Plans and directs all manufacturing engineering activities and personnel within the plant.
    Ensures proper and effective support of new product launches by the manufacturing engineering department staff.

    Assists in the preparation of Process Failure Mode and Effect Analyses (PFMEA), Process Design Sheets, Process Flow Diagrams, and other Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities.

    Ensures the on-time delivery of all equipment necessary to support new product launches.
    Manages overall departmental budgets and operations within the department per NAL policy.

    Requirements
    Your Background
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline, plus years of experience in manufacturing environment—including:
    • 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
    4 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or management position.

    MBA or MS in Engineering, and experience in an engineering function with an automotive lighting manufacturer is preferred.
