Job Duties:
Develop user interface and server-side components using approved frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
Participate actively in design and code reviews, offering valuable insights for improvement and assisting in troubleshooting.
Collaborate with team members across architecture, design, and code levels to uphold standards and achieve optimal system performance.
Engage in internal community events to foster continuous learning and contribute to the sharing of best practices.
Adhere to company quality programs, standards, and procedures in all work undertaken.
Uphold safety, security, and privacy standards across all areas of responsibility.

Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in popular software development processes like Agile, Scrum, and feature-driven development.
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving application defects within a mature production environment.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, microservice frameworks, and relational databases, with a preference for expertise in stored procedures.

Hands-on experience with Oracle performance tuning techniques.
Ability to develop solutions using database development tools and languages such as Oracle PL/SQL.
Familiarity with tools like TOAD, SQL Navigator, Oracle SQL Developer, SQL Plus, and SQL Loader.
Experience in logical/physical database design; knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.

Capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
