- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience related to grant coordination, project management, or program management
- Professional experience with standard administrative software, such as MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Word; Adobe Acrobat; Google tools and database applications (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
- Experience communicating and interpreting various sources of information in a collaborative environment
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as evidenced by prior experience delivering presentations and collaborating with a diverse group of constituents with varying technological needs and knowledge levels

The Program Coordinator will devote 12 months to this project each year. The Coordinator will report to the Program Director.
Qualifications for the Coordinator include:
Grant management experience, knowledge of mental health fields, experience with data collection/analysis/reporting, and experience coordinating large projects and complex organizations.
The Program Coordinator will assist with implementation of this program and will be responsible for day-to-day program management.Coordination of the program will include but is not limited to:
logistics (e.g. student placement and training rotation schedules); managing program evaluations; preparing and submitting progress and other regulatory reports; collaborating on programmatic decisions; working closely with Dr.
Montgomery to implement program changes as determined by the review process; managing the student application process; documenting processes and procedures; assisting with student transitions year-to-year; helping build and maintain positive relations within the team and external parties; scheduling and organizing meetings/events and maintaining meeting records; and ensuring technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.).
Some travel to partner sites is required. They will also provide some supervision/training to graduate research assistants.Priority will be given to candidates who meet one or more of the following: Experience as program coordinator or relevant position; knowledge of program management procedures; knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting; tech savvy, proficient in MS Office; experience with MS Project; ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams; excellent time-management and organizational skills; outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and efficient; BS/BA in mental health, public health, or relevant field.
