    Overview

SSOE is hiring for a Marketing Assistant for our Operations Marketing group. SSOE supports a number of Fortune 100 companies on exciting projects to help them realize their vision for the future - a future that impacts all of us. As a Marketing Assistant, you'll learn about how we do business, be a part of strategy discussions, and get project management experience under your belt by assisting with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages for competitive and non-competitive pursuits.

If you are a proven self-starter, eager to develop new skills, thrive in an environment of collaboration, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done-this is the position for you. Successful candidates may be looking for one of their first marketing roles that will help them learn on the job or may be a seasoned administrative professional looking for a company where they will be valued and able to make a true impact to the company's success with the skillsets they bring. Locations available include Hillsboro (OR), Austin (TX), Nashville (TN) and Birmingham (AL) with a strong preference for someone located within Central or Pacific Time Zone. Minimum requirements include prior experience in internal/operations marketing vs external/social media marketing alone (experience in supporting Operations Marketing teams and creation of RFP's and client proposals).
