- Assist with procedures and stabilize patients for admission or discharge
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver compassionate patient and family communication during critical moments
- Community-based Emergency Department
- Multidisciplinary care team focused on quality and patient-centered service
- EMR: Epic
- Strong emphasis on safety and compassionate care
- Active RN license
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience
- Travelers should be prepared to function as core staff
- High acuity experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills required

Join a fast-paced Emergency Department team in Palmer, MA, where your clinical expertise and critical thinking will make an immediate impact.
