    Description

    Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing , is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be an integral part of the quality assurance department supporting assembly and manufacturing processes.

    Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

    Location: Redford, MI | 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)

    Pay Range: $35-$40/HR

    What's the Job?

    • Coordinate quality objectives with various departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing and implementing error-proofing strategies
    • Keep management informed about progress, developments, and potential issues
    • Analyze assembly process data to identify trends and address upcoming concerns
    • Utilize Advanced Quality Tools such as PFMEAs and SPC data analysis to enhance process quality

    What's Needed?

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2-4 years of related experience
    • Working knowledge of GD&T and CMM operations
    • Experience with SPC/MSA/PFMEA methodologies
    • Ability to work independently within guidelines and policies to solve moderate complexity problems
    • Hands-on experience working in a plant environment, particularly with engine assembly
