    Summary:

    This position is part of a team of skilled individuals. The Digital Marketing Specialist will contribute to the ongoing deployment of Faith Regional's digital marketing strategy.

    The role is primarily responsible for assisting the marketing team with the creation, development, production, and execution of digital marketing communication strategies with a strong emphasis placed on videography, photography, content marketing, online and social strategies, and data analysis.

    This role will lead marketing campaigns across all digital channels – email, web, CRM, and organic/paid search advertising; maintaining the organization's websites and app, support and implement SEO/SEM/PPC strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Performs duties and responsibilities according to supervisor's direction, following department policies and procedures. Carries out the duties and responsibilities of position without specific supervision with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks concurrently with organizational detail.
    Works directly with departments to identify project specifications and customer expectations.

    Effectively researches, gathers, and presents information needed on each project.

    Work with internal departments to help them clarify and implement their departmental goals for the website within brand standards.

    Educates clients about the similarities and differences between online communication and other forms of marketing and public relations efforts.

    Tracks projects from conceptualization to production to delivery.


    • Effectively writes and publishes digital marketing pieces in collaboration with the Communication & Events Specialist.
    Assists in research and development of compelling content for posting across our communication channels (emails, campaign landing pages, websites, social, etc.)

    Actively maintain and manage development of websites and apps.

    Monitors and reports analytics of websites and apps to determine site traffic, frequency of hits, downloads, etc.


    • Develops digital campaign strategies in collaboration with media coordinator.


    Execute marketing campaigns across all digital channels – email, web, social media, organic/paid advertising – to attract qualified audiences and engage prospects for increase conversions.


    Use CRM, Google Analytics, and other third-party tools to analyze results and understand effectiveness of digital marketing programs and campaigns, including creating ad hoc and recurring reports.

    Reporting analytics, conversions, and campaign metrics.


    • Support strategies and execute paid and organic search and social strategies for increasing site traffic, visibility, and retention through the use of various content marketing, SEO, SEM, Geotargeted and PPC techniques.
    • Assists with intradepartmental projects as requested and supports coworkers by sharing expertise in digital marketing and online optimization.
    • Responsible for maintaining correct information and online reputation management for FRHS/FRPS on avenues such as Google My Business, Yelp, Healthgrades, and more.
    Manages other digital content such as Apps, Press Ganey and digital marketing software within Faith Regional facilities.


    • Collaborates with Graphic & Multimedia Designer to assist in developing a variety of video marketing, education, and other promotional opportunities within brand guidelines.
    • Supports and work effectively with multidisciplinary health care teams.
    Demonstrates behaviors that promote positive customer relations with physicians, staff, patients, and visitors.


    • Responsible for maintaining a departmental climate of openness, fairness, acceptance of criticism, and discussion of ideas within the department.
    Greets all individuals coming into the department, assisting them as required.

    Resolves conflicts both within and outside the department in an expeditious manner.


    • Provides support in videography activities related to the conception, creation, development, and production of multimedia and other forms of digital media.
    Hours will be dependent on patient census and workload. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, to include after-hours and weekends as necessary.

    The requirements listed below must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required.


    EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's Degree preferred.


    EDUCATION FIELD OF STUDY:
    Digital Media, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing preferred.


    EXPERIENCE:
    Previous digital marketing experience preferred.

    Previous marketing experience preferred.

    Previous healthcare experience preferred.

    5 years of previous experience in field preferred.


    SKILLS:
    Language Skills – ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language – required.

    Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects required.

    Strong analytic skills with emphasis on data analysis required.


    Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and work on time sensitive projects with attention to detail required.

    Strong understanding of analytics and ROI preferred.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred.

    Strong interpersonal relationship skills preferred.


    Understanding of best practices for marketing communication elements including graphic design, copywriting, web design, social media, content management, photo and video production, advertising, and online communications preferred.


    KNOWLEDGE:
    Microsoft, Adobe, Social Media, and CMS Platforms preferred.
