What You'll DoAs a Direct Support Professional I & II, you will assist adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives, supporting independence, health, and personal growth.

Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with hygiene, grooming, dietary, and dressing needsSupporting clients with bathroom needsChanging clothing/undergarments when necessaryPreparing meals and completing cleanupFollowing daily routines outlined in the Individual Program Plan (IPP)Redirecting behaviors through activities like walking, reading, games, math, and computer tasksProviding safe transportation in company vans when requiredEvery day, you'll help create a supportive, structured, and empowering environment for the individuals you serve

Education & Experience RequirementsMinimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED

Certifications Required:

CPR/First AidExperience:1 year of personal or professional experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (e.g., Autism) or mental health conditions (e.g.

, Bipolar) strongly preferredDriving Requirements:

Valid in-state driver's licenseMust be 21+Current registration & insuranceDriving record with no more than 2 points in the past 3 yearsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
