Client Note: Maryland experience a must; Baltimore, Howard and Frederick County experience preferred

Job description:

We're seeking a Project Manager with 3-4 years of project management experience and a solid background in land development engineering and design. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work on a variety of projects, including Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial developments, making a tangible impact on the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Taking on project management responsibilities and leading land development projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting site visits, preparing design plans, and overseeing construction activities.
• Maintaining client relationships and fostering new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer License.
• At least 7 years of experience in land development engineering and design projects.
• Basic CAD and Civil 3D software knowledge.
• Strong business and financial acumen with budgeting and scheduling experience.
