- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 Years' experience in leading Human Capital Management (HCM) systems implementations, supporting Workday postproduction support services, or as a functional leader at a Workday client.
- At least 4 Years' experience in the following: Implementing and configure Workday solutions, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying business requirements across multiple Workday module(s).
- 4-7+ years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM implementation, and upgrade experience.
- Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
- Completion of at least one full implementation with Workday HCM.
- Workday certified in HCM a plus.
- Leads the planning, analysis, design and configuration of Workday Financial systems on an enterprise-wide basis or across a major sector of the enterprise.
- Collects, analyzes information requirements and analytically and systematically evaluates problems of workflows, organization, and planning, and develops appropriate corrective action for configuration.
- Act as the SME for all Workday HCM needs.
- Be the escalation point for critical functional issues. Oversee all functional work streams. Work on tactical configuration in the Workday cloud-based technology package.
- Provide effective application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to implementation and operations projects.
