LVHN hospitals in the Lehigh Valley are the only hospitals in the region to have received Magnet recognition five consecutive times since 2002. This prestigious recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center demonstrates our commitment to nursing excellence and quality patient outcomes. LVHN is home to five clinical institutes. Each serve as a hub for innovation, collaboration and education. Position OverviewThe award-winning physicians at Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute are all board-certified, many having served fellowships or received additional training with leading programs. Our expert clinicians utilize continuing medical education to further research and enhance collaboration, leading to better patient outcomes.
This position is based in Bethlehem, PA in the beautiful Lehigh Valley. Our Muhlenberg campus is a Level II Trauma Center, with a Cardiac ICU. Patient care is split between cardiologists and hospitalists. Because we are a teaching hospital, we are prepared to hire recent graduates from a cardiology fellowship.
By joining the team at the Heart and Vascular Institute, you'll be joining our team of innovative clinicians. LVHN was the region's first to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and is recognized as a center for performing complex mitral valve repair surgery.
