Role: Manufacturing Engineer II
Location: Westbrook, ME
Duration: 5 Months
- 100% Onsite role.
Skills Looking For:
Heavily a mechanical role. Understanding a piece of equipment, observing where things are going wrong, and having the ability to diagnose and solve the issue.
Equipment Validations experience is needed. Exp with IQ, OQ, PQ.
Executing and writing validation protocols. Must have a technical background and good technical writing skills.
Experience with the documentation control system as a whole; Technical writing skills must be top-notch: writing SOP, TM SOP.
Ability to validate every change made and modify documents, write documents from scratch.
Must be good with Microsoft Office tools: office, word, Microsoft project.
Minitab exp for statistical tools.
Solid works exp, Autocad for modeling software and Root cause Analysis exp.
Exposure to automation equipment; PLCs, sensors that go along with automation, linear motors, etc.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Bio-medical, Electro-mechanical).
3 to 7 years of experience.
Top skills:
Technical competencies: Validation experience.
Statistics: Minitab, Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certification.
