- Scheduling: Coordinating appointments, crews, and projects efficiently.
- Work Orders: Preparing and organizing work orders for landscaping projects.
- Confirmation Calls: Confirming appointments and project details with clients.
- Accounting Assistance: Assisting with various accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and invoicing.
- New Customer Setup: Managing and updating customer records and setting up new customer accounts.
- Data Entry: Accurate data entry into QuickBooks and other software.
- Additional Tasks: Assisting with general office tasks and projects as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service background and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Office experience, including telephone experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- QuickBooks experience (helpful but not required).
- Accounts receivable experience (helpful but not required).
