- Perform duties and responsibilities managing a dental office to include, not only treating the patient, but maintaining patient records, personnel and practice management, and dental equipment maintenance

- Computer proficiency with dental practice management software

- Ability to work with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image
- General Practice Residency or equivalent experience working with complex patient care a plus
- Participate effectively as a team player

This position is responsible for providing dental care and improving oral health for patients; ensures continued viability and success in accessing and treating; providing a positive experience in addressing their oral care needs. Providers are eligible to apply for the student loan repayment program.
Arrow Dental primarily serves Medicaid patients. This is to help the community with the large population of Medicaid members that became Medicaid eligible due to the Affordable Care Act.
Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Benefits:
Pay Range: $145,000 to $182,915.20 annually, depending on experience.
