    Spyglass Talent Solutions is a retained search firm based in Raleigh, NC. Our firm has been retained by a local Commercial Drywall General Contractor to conduct a search for a Commercial Drywall Project Manager.

    This company is a commercial drywall, acoustical and flooring contractor that is based in the Triangle with projects from Greensboro to Greenville, NC. The company's core values are Communication, Integrity, Ownership, and Teamwork.

    Reporting to the VP of Drywall, the Commercial Drywall Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple drywall projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Coordinate and manage all aspects of drywall construction projects, from conception to completion.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
    • Communicate regularly with clients and contractors to ensure project success.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all projects.
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
    • Manage and supervise project team members, including subcontractors and vendors.
    • Identify and resolve project issues and risks and escalate as needed.
    • Provide regular project status updates to management, general contractor, owner, etc.
    • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
    • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
    • Conduct formal post-job reviews and provide objective productivity feedback to estimating and lessons learned.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
    • Bilingual preferred.
