    Compensation: $60, $75,000.00

    Responsibilities of the Personal Lines Account Manager include:

    • Serving as the primary point of contact, building trust-based, enduring relationships
    • Conducting thorough assessments and tailoring coverage recommendations to client needs
    • Addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims promptly and professionally
    • Collaborating with carriers for quotes, endorsements, and issue resolution
    • Maintaining precise records for compliance and client interactions
    • Ensuring policies are issued accurately and on time, adhering to regulations
    • Efficiently handle renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
    • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients
    • Assisting the sales team in acquiring new clients
    • Attending events to expand connections and stay updated on industry trends
    • Staying informed about regulations, ensuring compliance
    • Preparing reports and conducting data analysis for informed decisions

    Qualifications for the Personal Lines Account Manager include:

    • Proven track record in Personal Lines Account Management or similar roles within the insurance field
    • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License, Insurance Broker License or relevant certification, and Life and Health Insurance License or Certification
    • Expertise in personal lines insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, prioritizing top-tier customer service
    • Attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and time management capabilities
    • Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
