Job Summary:
The Clinical Pharmacist provides ambulatory pharmaceutical care services using approved guidelines in collaboration with other health care professionals.Responsibilities:
- Practices pharmacy in accordance with laws, rules and regulation of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
- Evaluates medication orders; reviews disease state parameters, allergies, drug-drug interactions and duplication of therapy.
