We are looking for a skilled and reliable Residential Handyperson/Maintenance Technician to join our team at American Avenue Property Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.The ideal candidate will have multi-trade knowledge, customer-focused communication skills, tools and transportation available for the job.
